Brand Use
Durapro Liner Economical liner designed to make your job easier by providing a slick surface for your loads to flow faster. DURAPRO liners are made with industrial strength UHMW with added silicone and UV protectors. They are a very durable solution to your hauling needs and also bottom-line friendly in cost. Available in 3/8 and 1/2 inch thickness up to 16 feet wide.
Haulk Abrasive Liner Heavy-duty liner designed to handle abrasive hauling applications such as pig iron, bottom ash, riprap, auto fluff, and highly abrasive glass or stone. Haulk UHMW bed liners are formulated with glass beads throughout for extreme abrasion resistance and impact strength. They are UV stabilized to extend its working life even more. Haulk liners are lightweight and a less expensive alternative to stainless steel floors, plus they provide much better release and more protection. They are good up to 180 degrees, so not to be used in hot asphalt applications. Available in 3/8 and 1/2 inch thickness up to 16 feet wide.
QuickSilver Asphalt Liner Versatile liner engineered to withstand harsh field conditions and handle any kind of bulk material. QuickSilver UHMW-PE liners are specially designed to handle hot asphalt one day and sand, gravel, aggregate, lime, and topsoil the next. QuickSilver is the ONLY liner with a temperature rating high enough to handle hot asphalt. Available in 3/8 and 1/2 inch thickness up to 16 feet wide. NOTE: only 1/2 inch thick is available for hauling hot asphalt.

How to Measure your Trailer?

The measurements you enter are used for our production team to properly cut and score your liner so it can be easily and securely placed inside the trailer. Please enter all measurments in INCHES. While it is important to be precise, please error on the higher side of fractions as the liner can always be cut down more.

ID Explanation
Bed Type Does your trailer have an aluminum or steel body?
Bed Corners Does your trailer have angled or radius corners? If your trailer has neither, choose Square. Only Angled and Radius corners allow the liner to run up the side walls. Square allows the liner to lay flat along the floor of the trailer only.
Hauling Asphalt? Do you haul hot asphalt with your trailer? If Yes, you must use the QuickSilver 1/2 Inch Liner.
Liner Thickness What liner thickness do you prefer? More thickness = Longer liner life.
Liner Width What width do you need your liner to be? Use the larger of W1 and W2. Then, multiple R1 or A1 by 2 to account for both corners. Then, multiple the amount of side run up you desire by 2. We recommend 24 inches of side run up on each side. Add all 3 of these amount together, then round up to the nearest foot. Calculation = Bed Width + (Bed Corner x 2) + (Bed Side Run Up x 2).
L1 Measure the full inside length of the trailer bed from front to back (do not measure from the end of the doghouse, if your trailer has one).
L2 Measure the full inside length of the trailer side from front to back.
W1 Measure the full inside width of the trailer bed in the front. (The front and back width can be different for tapered trailers so its important to measure both).
W2 Measure the full inside width of the trailer bed in the back. (The front and back width can be different for tapered trailers so its important to measure both).
R1 If your trailer has Radius corners, measure the full radius of the curved section.
A1 If your trailer has Angle corners, measure the full length of the angled section.
