Shipping Policy

At Brumleve, our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across North America, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

Order Delivery Timeline

  • Processing time: Order verification, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to our Pack and Ship team within 24 hours after the order is placed.  We process the orders in-house, which takes an additional 1-2 days.
  • Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our location to the destination. International delivery usually takes 10–21 business days. US orders are shipped via one of the Carrier Options listed below. After processing, items usually take between 3 and 7 days to arrive at their destination.
  • Shipping carriers: Due to constantly changing shipping costs, we reserve the right to ship your order the best way possible.  Sometimes that means shipping through a different carrier than what you choose in checkout.  In doing this, we will never sacrifice shipping speed for the customer.

  • Packages: SpeeDee Delivery, UPS and USPS
  • Bundles and Overlength: Estes Freight, R+L Carriers, SpeeDee Delivery, and UPS Freight



Order Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your order, please let us know ASAP by emailing info@brumleveind.com or calling 800-937-0058.

For all cranks, end caps, fixed tube, roll tube, tarp bows and tarp bow advanced and ultimate kits, Brumleve reserves the right to charge a 15% restocking fee. This restocking fee is necessary due to the labor costs involved with manufacturing and packing our made-to-order and oversize products.


Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for purchasing from Brumleve Industries. We are committed to providing quality products, fair pricing, and excellent customer service.

Returns Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date. All returned products must be unused, in their original condition, and free from damage.

Refund Terms

  • Defective or Incorrect Items
    If your return is due to a defective product or an error on our part, you will receive a full refund, including the original purchase price and all applicable shipping costs (both outbound and return).
  • Buyer’s Remorse Returns
    If a return is requested for reasons such as buyer’s remorse or no longer needing the item:
    • A 10% restocking fee will be applied
    • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
    • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Order Cancellations

Orders canceled after placement are subject to a 5% cancellation fee.

Exceptions:
Cancellation and restocking fees will not apply in cases involving:

  • Fraudulent transactions
  • Errors made by Brumleve Industries (including incorrect or defective items)

Manufacturer Warranties

Products manufactured by third-party brands are subject to their respective manufacturer warranty terms. These brands include, but are not limited to: Roll-Rite®, Shur-Co®, Aero®, Thunderstone®, and Agri-Cover®.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.

Non-Eligible Returns

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The item is damaged (outside of shipping/manufacturing defects)
  • The return is initiated more than 30 days after purchase
