Order Processing

All orders undergo verification, quality inspection, and packaging prior to shipment. Orders are typically sent to our Pack and Ship team within 24 hours of placement. Processing is completed in-house and generally takes an additional 1–2 business days.

Shipping Timeframes

Shipping times vary based on destination:

• United States: Delivery typically occurs within 3–7 business days after processing.
• International: Delivery generally takes 10–21 business days after processing.

Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may vary due to carrier conditions or external factors.

Shipping Carriers

To ensure the most efficient delivery, we select the best available shipping method at the time of fulfillment. While you may choose a preferred carrier at checkout, we reserve the right to use an alternative carrier when necessary. Any adjustments will not compromise delivery speed.

Our commonly used carriers include UPS, USPS, SpeeDee Delivery, Estes Freight, R+L Carriers, and Saia.
