This assembly is a direct replacement for your front arm lower pivot pin. The assembly includes the front arm lower pivot pin and the outer plate. Replacing the pivot pin can be easily accomplished by sliding the short end of the pivot pin into the lower arm. Next place the outer plate on the opposite side of the lower arm (essentially sandwiching the lower arm) tighten all bolts. For the long end of the pivot pin slide it into the arm mounting bracket with your 5 spring spiral torsions then apply the thrust washers and snap rings.
